United Healthcare informed one of its customers in December 2013 that he had prescription coverage in his current health care plan. But in January 2014 when he went to use it, the plan didn’t have prescription coverage. After a few phone calls United Healthcare admitted that they saw they stated the customer had the coverage but they were wrong and they were sorry. However, they would NOT retroactive their mistake.
